Nursery

So I have been working hard on the nursery this week. My mom came over and helped me do some of the painting and Jer helped alot with the things I can't do (like hang chair rail and caulk and tape the stripes). I finally got my dots put up yesterday and it is so cute!! Now I need to work on putting together his furniture so I can finish decorating the room! I hope to do that this weekend since it is a long weekend!

Here is the room before we started painting.



We painted the blue walls then started on the stripes.

Then we painted the brown under the blue. This is what the other 3 walls look like.

Then we finished the strips (it took lots of layers of tape!

Then we painted the brown under the strips Jer cut out these dots and I painted and hung them up. These are my favorite part!


Finished dot wall with the chair rail! Looks SOOOO good! We are so talented. haha.

Everyone needs to come see it in person when it is finished though, because it looks so much better in person then it does in the pictures! And I think it will look so good with the bedding we got him. It matches perfectly!!
